Fantastic Fidos Dog Training

Fantastic Fidos is located in the heart of beautiful North Vancouver, BC on the traditional and unceded territories of the Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish) and sÉ™lÌ“ilwÉ™taɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations. We offer dog-training services to the North Shore and surrounding areas, using positive reinforcement and force-free training methods. It is our firm belief that dog guardians deserve a positive and uplifting environment to learn alongside their dog, which is why we passionately provide education, support, and empowerment for dog parents as they embark on your training journey.

Are you feeling overwhelmed, embarrassed, or frustrated with your dog's behaviour?

Don't worry, we completely understand - we've been there ourselves! We are here to help and support both you and your dog; whether the behaviour is big, small, or you just want a refresher. We have developed individualised and personalised services that can help with the following:

  • Lunging, barking, growling on leash

  • Pulling on leash

  • Jumping up

  • Nuisance chewing or barking

  • Recall

  • House training

  • Mouthing

  • And other specific behaviours that you may be concerned about

  • Use aversive equipment (including prong collars, shock/ e-collars, sprays of any kind, choke chains, etc.)

  • Use fear, intimidation, and coercion

If you have previously used aversives we will not pass any judgement and will help you move towards a more positive approach to living with your dog.
